When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order has shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of products shipping out.

If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order we will be happy to assist you. Please contact Customer Service at (877) 567-9177 or via email at support@teambrandit.com immediately, as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.

If you have a return request, please contact our Customer Service Team at (877) 567-9177 or via email at support@teambrandit.com. A Customer Service Representative will go over return options with you.

Plus shipping applies to all orders of supplies. Any supplies that are not applicable will be notated in their product description. This membership costs $50 per month and will automatically bill against the card you provide. If you need to cancel this membership please contact Custom Service at (877) 567-9177 or via email at support@teambrandit.com for your options.

Shipping charges are billed after your order is placed if you are not a part of the plus shipping membership or if you are ordering products that do not qualify. These charges are based on current rates from the shipping carrier.
