When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order has shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of products shipping out.
If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order we will be happy to assist you. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.

Plus shipping applies to all orders of supplies. Any supplies that are not applicable will be notated in their product description. This membership costs $50 per month and will automatically bill against the card you provide. Shipping charges are billed after your order is placed if you are not a part of the plus shipping membership or if you are ordering products that do not qualify. These charges are based on current rates from the shipping carrier.
